Povzetek
Klima in kultura šole sta dva od ključnih vidikov kakovosti šole. O obeh obstaja vrsta odlične strokovne literature tako v tuji kot doma. V pričujočem članku bomo predstavili nekaj ključnih avtorjev, pogledov in teorij, pokazali, kako ju je možno spremljati in meriti ter kako lahko poskrbimo za sistematično izboljševanje na tem področju.

School Culture and School Climate – Part 1
School climate and school culture are two of the crucial aspects when it comes to school quality. Both are the subject of many excellent Slovenian and foreign works. This article introduces some of the key authors, views and theories as well as demonstrates how these two aspects can be monitored, measured and systematically improved.
