Izvleček
Pouk na prostem (v naravi) kot organizirano učenje zunaj šolske stavbe spodbudno vpliva na počutje učencev, jih dodatno motivira za šolsko delo in jim pomaga pri utrjevanju znanja na zanimiv način. Zato smo v 1. in 2. razredu izvedli pouk na prostem pri urah slovenščine. Po obravnavi črk smo se z učenci odpravili na sprehod po okolici šole, da bi poiskali poimenovanja za vse tisto, kar bodo videli, slišali, vohali ali tipali ter besede zapisali po abecednem redu. Besede in njihov pomen smo razjasnili in z njimi tvorili povedi. Dejavnost smo nadgradili z oblikovanjem in zapisom zgodb ter branjem književnih besedil. S tem smo urili bralno tehniko, razumevanje prebranega in ustvarjalno izražanje. Refleksija učencev je pokazala, da cenijo povratne informacije staršev, prepoznajo napake v svojih besedilih ter uspehe pri izvajanju dejavnosti. Pouk na prostem je bil prepleten z elementi formativnega spremljanja: nameni učenja, kriteriji uspešnosti, povratnimi informacijami in refleksijo.
Abstract
Observational Walking and Story Creation
Outdoor (nature) education can boost pupils‘ well-being, motivation and knowledge retention in a compelling way. For this purpose, several Slovenian lessons in Grades 1 and 2 were conducted outdoors. After covering the alphabet letters, pupils walked around the school, named anything they saw, heard, smelt or touched, and then alphabetised the words. We defined their meanings before using them to form sentences. They then created and wrote stories and read literary texts to practise reading techniques, reading comprehension, and creative expression. Their reflections revealed they identified their mistakes and valued their parents‘ feedback and progress. The outdoor sessions featured formative assessment elements, i.e., learning intentions, performance criteria, feedback, and reflection.
