Formativno spremljanje omogoča učenje o lastnem načinu učenja, razvijanje odgovornosti pri učencih in učitelja postavlja v vlogo raziskovalca lastne prakse. Formativno spremljanje med učnim procesom zagotavlja učinkovito usmerjanje pouka in učenja z zbiranjem ter dajanjem povratnih informacij. Učenci dejavno sodelujejo pri oblikovanju in razumevanju namenov učenja in kriterijev uspešnosti, kar spodbuja njihovo motivacijo in samoregulacijo. Učitelj načrtuje raznolike dejavnosti in jih prilagaja individualnim potrebam učencev, kar vključuje tudi diferenciacijo glede na njihove kognitivne in čustvene potrebe. Pri branju književnih besedil je pomembno, da učitelj spremlja razumevanje in sposobnost interpretacije besedil, kar vključuje razmislek o postavljanju vprašanj. Pomembna je uporaba raznolikih načinov za zbiranje dokazov o učenju in napredku. Tako učitelj dobi celostno sliko učenčevih sposobnosti in prilagaja pouk za optimalni napredek vsakega posameznika.

Abstract

Formative Assessment Promotes Reading and Comprehension of Literary Texts at Primary Leve

Formative assessment encourages learners to reflect on and take responsibility for their learning while allowing teachers to research their own teaching practices. Formative assessment collects and offers feedback to effectively guide teaching and learning. Pupils are actively involved in formulating and comprehending learning objectives and performance criteria, which boosts their motivation and develops their self-regulation skills. The teacher tailors activities to meet individual needs, including the learner’s cognitive and emotional requirements. Reading literary texts necessitates assessment of comprehension and interpretation skills and reflection on question formulation. The teacher must use different techniques to collect data demonstrating learning and improvement, which results in a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s abilities. Individualised instruction is provided to best benefit the learner’s progress.
