Izvleček
V današnjem času so postale spremembe edina stalnica v našem vsakdanu in takšen način življenja terja nenehno samorefleksijo in prilagajanje življenja situacijam, s katerimi se soočamo. Formativno spremljanje se v slovenskem šolskem prostoru vse bolj uveljavlja kot pomembna pedagoška praksa. Njegov glavni poudarek je na spremljanju napredka učencev, zbiranju informacij o doseganju učnih ciljev ter prilagajanju pouka glede na te ugotovitve. Hkrati vključuje učence v presojanje lastnih in vrstniških dosežkov ter jih spodbuja k samouravnavanju učenja. S tem učenci prevzemajo aktivnejšo vlogo in sodelujejo pri soustvarjanju učnega procesa, kar prispeva h kakovostnejšemu in trajnejšemu znanju. Pomemben del formativnega spremljanja učencev je kakovostna povratna informacija, ki učence ne le spodbuja k izboljšanju rezultatov, temveč jih tudi usmerja na pot napredka in razvoja. Učitelji, ki poučujemo v kombiniranih oddelkih, v heterogenih učnih skupinah, se pomena kakovostne povratne informacije zavedamo še bolj, saj nam na dolgi rok olajša delo v oddelku.
Abstract
Formative Assessment in Music Education in Multigrade Instruction
Changes have become the only constant in our everyday lives, necessitating ongoing self-reflection and adjustments to various situations. Formative assessment is increasingly adopted in Slovenian schools as it highlights the importance of evaluating student knowledge during learning. As such, it allows for the modification of teaching and learning activities to improve student achievement, encouraging students to take a more active role and co-create their learning experiences. Consequently, students learn more effectively, and their knowledge becomes more enduring. Quality feedback is a crucial component of formative assessment. It leads students to improve their results and guides them towards further improvement. Teachers who work in multigrade classrooms or heterogeneous learning groups are particularly mindful of the significance of quality feedback, as it facilitates their work in the long term.
