Že od predšolskega obdobja dalje otroci razvijajo svoje predopismenjevalne zmožnosti ter tehnike branja in pisanja. Nekateri učenci uživajo v branju in so redni gostje v knjižnicah. Spet drugi po knjigi posežejo, ker morajo, ker je to nekdo zahteval. Učitelji si želijo, da bi čim več učencev branje doživljalo kot nekaj pozitivnega in prijetnega. Na različne načine se trudijo motivirati učence za branje. V članku je predstavljen primer, kako lahko učitelji še dodatno spodbujajo učence k branju. Opisana je dejavnost Pravljični hodnik, ki se je izvajala decembra 2016 na hodniku 1. triletja osnovne šole. Predstavljeni so načrt, izvedba in evalvacija dejavnosti. Prispevek opisuje, kako učiteljica vsak odmor bere pravljico na hodniku prvega triletja.

Abstract

Fairytale Corridor

From the preschool period onward, children develop their pre-literacy skills, and reading and writing techniques. Some pupils enjoy reading and are regular library visitors. Others pick up a book because they have to, because someone demanded it. Teachers wish that as many pupils as possible would experience reading as something positive and pleasant. They are trying to motivate pupils to read using various methods. This article presents an example of how teachers can further encourage pupils to read. It describes the Fairytale Corridor activity, which was carried out in December 2016 in the corridor of the 1st triad of primary school. It presents the plan, implementation and evaluation of this activity. The paper describes how a female teacher read a fairytale in the corridor of the 1st triad during each break.
