Povzetek
Prispevek obravnava glas učenca z vidika vidnega učenja in personalizacije učenja. Glas učenca v učnem procesu je obenem strategija in cilj, saj ga opredeljujemo kot visoko stopnjo sodelovanja učencev in učiteljev, kot soudeležbo učencev v procesih pridobivanja znanja, razvijanje dobrih medsebojnih odnosov in veščin. V prispevku je opisanih nekaj pogledov na zagotavljanje glasu učenca s personaliziranim pristopom in v personaliziranem učnem okolju, ki ga lahko zagotavljamo znotraj šole oz. razreda. Predstavljenih je nekaj strategij, razvitih v projektu Glas učenca – most do učenja (The Student Voice – The BRIDGE to Learning), ki omogočajo, da je učenec v procesu poučevanja in učenja slišan, da je njegovo učenje vidno.
Abstract
When Learning is Personalized, Each Student is Given a Voice and Their Learning is Visible
The article approaches student voice from the perspective of visible learning and personalization of learning. Defined as a high level of cooperation between students and teachers, including student participation in educational processes, building of good relationship and developing of skills, student voice is both a strategy and an objective in the learning process. The article describes some of the views on how student voice can be reinforced through a personalized approach and in a personalized learning environment within the school and classroom environment, introducing a few strategies, developed within the Student Voice – the BRIDGE to Learning project, that make it possible for students in the teaching and learning process to be heard and for their learning to be visible.
