Analiza razvoja profesionalne učeče se skupnosti


Povzetek

Članek opisuje raziskavo, narejeno v Vrtcu Črnuče kot učeči se skupnosti. Za to temo sem se odločila zato, ker sem v vrtcu kot svetovalna delavka odgovorna za pripravo terminskega načrta oziroma načrta profesionalnega razvoja naših strokovnih delavcev. Vsako leto maja pripravim vprašalnik letne evalvacije dela za strokovne delavce, kjer ovrednotijo izobraževanja, strokovne aktive znotraj zavoda in izobraževanja zunaj zavoda ter predlagajo področja internih izobraževanj in tematiko strokovnih aktivov za naslednje šolsko leto. Cilj raziskave je ugotoviti, koliko naš zavod izpolnjuje elemente učeče se skupnosti, torej ovrednotiti profesionalno učenje in sodelovanje strokovnih delavcev v Vrtcu Črnuče. Z branjem strokovne literature s področja učeče se skupnosti in z analizo opravljene raziskave pa želim pridobiti ideje in predloge za izboljšanje izobraževalnih vsebin ter za spodbujanje učeče se skupnosti v našem zavodu. V zaključku članka navajam tudi nekaj predlogov izboljšav v smeri pomembnosti podajanja povratne informacije ter namen povezovanja timov, ki prispevajo k povečanju kakovosti zavoda kot učeče se skupnosti.

Abstract

Analysis of the development of a professional learning community

The paper presents research conducted in Črnuče Kindergarten as a learning community. This topic was chosen because, as a counsellor in the kindergarten, I am responsible for preparing a term plan or a professional development plan for our professional staff. Every May, I prepare an annual evaluation survey, which allows them to assess the training, professional activities within the institution, and training outside the institution. They also suggest areas for internal training and topics for the professional activities for the following school year. The survey aims to determine the extent to which our institution fulfils the elements of a learning community by evaluating the professional learning and participation of the teaching staff at Črnuče Kindergarten. By reviewing professional literature on learning communities and analysing the research conducted, I aim to gather ideas and suggestions for improving the educational content and promoting a learning community in our institution. The paper concludes with recommendations for enhancing the importance of providing feedback and the purpose of collaboration to increase the institution’s quality as a learning community.
