Knjiga sreča bralca – proces nastanka knjige

Izvleček

Prispevek opisuje, kako lahko proces nastanka knjige približamo učencem ter tako spodbujamo pomen branja tiskane in pisane besede. Na kratko je predstavljen proces nastanka knjige z osnovno razlago pojmov, s katerimi se v procesu srečamo. Podrobneje so opisani primeri iz prakse in ideje, primerne za izvajanje v 3., 4. ali 5. razredu. Dejavnosti in vsebine se medpredmetno povezujejo s slovenščino, knjižnično informacijskimi znanji, družbo in likovno umetnostjo. Za takšno izvajanje je potrebno več prilagajanja učne snovi, ustrezno načrtovanje, sledenje doseganja ciljev ter ustrezna refleksija ob koncu izvajanja. Učenci celostno spoznavajo vsebino ter krepijo bralno pismenost. Prek dejavnosti kritično razmišljajo, urijo raziskovalne in ustvarjalne spretnosti ter medsebojno sodelujejo. Učni proces postane tudi dobra motivacija pri spodbujanju branja knjig. Predstavljen je primer dobrega sodelovanja med šolsko knjižničarko in učiteljico.

Abstract

A Book Meets Its Reader – The Process of Creating a Book

The article explores how the process of creating a book can be brought closer to students in order to promote the importance of reading printed and written texts. It briefly presents the stages of the book production, including the basic explanations of key concepts encountered in the process. Practical examples and ideas suitable for implementation in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade are described in greater detail. The activities and content are designed to foster interdisciplinary connections with the Slovenian language lessons, library and information literacy, social studies, and visual arts. Such implementation requires more adapting of the learning materials, adequate planning, monitoring the achievement of objectives, and appropriate reflection at the end of the process. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of the content while strengthening their reading literacy. Through various activities, they develop critical thinking, research and creative skills, and collaborative abilities. The learning process also becomes a strong motivational tool for encouraging book reading. The article presents an example of a successful cooperation between the school librarian and the classroom teacher.
