Vpliv anonimnih pisanj na delo ravnateljev

Povzetek

K raznolikemu delu ravnateljev sodi soočanje z nepravilnostmi, na katere opozarjajo anonimni pisci. Namen raziskave je bil proučiti posledice anonimnih pisanj na ravnatelje v slovenskem vzgojno-izobraževalnem sistemu. V intervjujih smo jih spraševali po splošnem mnenju o anonimnih pisanjih, o tem, kako doživljajo tovrstno pisanje, o posledicah in opori, ki jo takrat poiščejo. Ugotovili smo, da so ravnatelji pogosto izpostavljeni anonimnim pisanjem, za katerimi običajno stoji posameznik, posredno ali neposredno vključen v vzgojno-izobraževalni proces, ki tako izraža nezadovoljstvo. Posledice so tako kratkoročne kot dolgoročne in so primerljive s posledicami nasilja na delovnem mestu. Ravnatelji so se
soočali s težavami v poklicnem in zasebnem življenju ter na področju zdravja. Podobne posledice so opazili tudi v kolektivu. Na organizacijski ravni so se spopadali s pedagoškim nemirom in kadrovskimi težavami. Oporo so vsi vprašani našli pri drugih ravnateljih, večina tudi znotraj ožjega kolektiva, podpora državnih ustanov pa je bila v večini primerov neustrezna. Glede na širok spekter posledic, ki jih povzroči anonimno pisanje, bi bilo smiselno razmišljati o uvedbi sprememb na več področjih.

Abstract

The Impact of Anonymous Writings on Head TeacherWork

The diverse obligations of head teachers include confronting the irregularities pointed out in writing by anonymous authors. The aim of this study was to investigate the consequences of such anonymous writings on principals in the Slovenian education system. In interviews, we asked head teachers’ general opinion about anonymous writings, about how they experience this kind of writing, about its consequences, and the support they reach for in such cases. We have found that head teachers are often subject to such anonymous texts, which are usually put forward in order to express grievances by an individual who is indirectly or directly involved in the process of education. There are both short- and long-term consequences, comparable to the effects of workplace violence. These head teachers have been consequently dealing with health issues, problems in their professional and private lives. They have noticed similar effects among the teaching staff. At the organisational level, they have encountered pedagogical unrest and human resources issues. All respondents have found support with other principals, most of them also among their teaching team, while the support provided by state institutions proved poorly suited in most cases. In light of the wide range of consequences caused by anonymous writings, it would make sense to consider introducing changes in several areas.
