Vloga ravnatelja pri uspešnem vpeljevanju novosti in projektov na šoli

Učitelj določena znanja pridobi na fakulteti med študijem, potem pa ga nadgrajuje z raznimi oblikami stalnega strokovnega izobraževanja (udeležba na seminarjih, študijskih srečanjih, sodelovanje v projektih, razvojnih nalogah ipd.). Pri vsem tem ga lahko podpira in vodi ravnatelj. V prispevku sta v obliki intervjuja z dolgoletno ravnateljico mag. Špelo Drstvenšek osvetljena pomen in vloga ravnatelja pri vpeljevanju projektov in nalog na šoli. Prispevek predstavlja različne oblike profesionalnega razvoja in delovanja učiteljev, pedagoško vlogo ravnatelja pri tem ter kako pomembno je, da na šoli vsi skrbijo za dobro vzdušje in počutje vseh ter da sodelujejo med seboj. Na koncu opisujemo še primer iz prakse.

Abstract

The Contribution of School Heads to the Introduction of Innovations and Projects in Schools

During their university studies, teachers acquire knowledge that they later enhance through various forms of continuing professional development (seminars, workshops, projects, developmental tasks, etc.). Headteachers have a valuable role in supporting teachers during the process. In this interview-based article, a longserving headteacher, Ms. Špela Drstvenšek, draws attention to the importance and role of the school head in the project and task implementation. The article presents different forms of professional development and teacher activities, the pedagogical role of the school head, and the importance of everyone in the school working together in order to foster a positive environment and well-being. The article ends with a practical example.
