Povzetek
Prispevek opisuje izkušnje in pogled na delo skupine učiteljev v projektu Linpilcare. Projekt je bil usmerjen v refleksijo realnih problemov praktikov, raziskovanje lastne prakse, vključevanje v učeče se skupnosti, uporabo rezultatov akademskih raziskav, uporabo orodij v praksi in zagotavljanje enostavnega dostopa do znanstvenih raziskav. V prispevku so izpostavljeni nekateri pristopi delovanja znotraj učeče se skupnosti, vključeni pa so tudi odlomki iz refleksij posameznih učiteljev, kakor tudi pripomočki, ki so jih ti uporabljali pri svojem raziskovalnem delu.
Abstract
Teacher Inquiry – How and What for?
This paper describes the experiences and views of the work of a group of teachers under the Linpilcare project. This project was aimed at a reflection on the real problems of practitioners, at teacher inquiry, at becoming involved in learning communities, at applying the results of academic research, at using tools in practice, and at ensuring easy access to scientific research. This paper highlights some of the approaches to working within a learning community, and includes excerpts from the reflections of individual teachers and the aids they used in their research.
