Izvleček
V prispevku predstavljam svoje delo za otroke iz družin priseljencev, ki sem ga razvijala v okviru razvojne naloge Zavoda RS za šolstvo Ustvarjanje učnih okolij za 21. stoletje. Osredotočam se na podporo, ki sem jo kot svetovalna delavka zagotavljala manjši skupini strokovnih delavk vrtca. Predstavljam tudi, na kakšen način sem v svoje delo s strokovnimi delavkami vnašala formativno spremljanje. Pri tem izpostavljam predvsem element kriterijev uspešnosti, ki jih je za področje vključevanja priseljencev oblikoval tim strokovnih delavk. Kriteriji uspešnosti bodo strokovnim delavkam v pomoč pri načrtovanju in evalvaciji dela z otroki priseljenci tudi v prihodnje.
Abstract
Support for Preschool Teachers in the Inclusion of Immigrant Children
The article presents my work with a vulnerable group of immigrants, which took part under the development project of the National Education Institute Slovenia “Creating Learning Environments for the 21st Century”. I focus on the support I provided to a smaller group of kindergarten staff as a counsellor. I also present how I introduced formative assessment into my work with the education staff. In this regard, I mostly highlight the element of success criteria, which were designed by a staff team for the inclusion of immigrants. These success criteria will aid the education staff in planning and evaluating their work with immigrant children.
