Domače branje med igro in ocenjevanjem znanja


Izvleček

Z domačim branjem nadgrajujemo pouk književnosti. Učitelju omogoča, da delo v razredu pripravi zanimivo in drugače ter ga ne le diferencira in individualizira, ampak tudi personalizira. V prispevku želimo predstaviti različne možnosti obravnave domačega branja v razredu: od pisnega poustvarjanja do igre vlog, projektnega dela in govornega nastopa. Domačemu branju se v osnovni šoli namenja premalo pozornosti, je pa vsekakor pri pouku zelo pomembno, saj učence učimo kritično razmišljati in ustvarjati mnenje o prebranem. Pozitivna bralna izkušnja pripomore k temu, da učenec postane bralec.

Home Reading Between Play and Assessment

Home reading serves as a valuable complement to literature lessons, allowing teachers to create engaging and varied classroom activities that are not only differentiated and individualised but also personalised to meet each student‘s needs. This article examines various approaches to home reading in the classroom, including creative writing, role-playing, project work, and oral presentations. Despite the limited attention home reading often receives in primary school, it plays a crucial role in developing students‘ critical thinking skills and their ability to form opinions about what they read. A positive reading experience fosters a love for reading among students.
