V prispevku je predstavljeno razmišljanje o pomenu učenja z igro, tudi proste igre izven učilnic. Učenje z igro je umeščeno v šolski kontekst. Predstavljene so nekatere teorije in spoznanja avtorjev, ki raziskujejo igro in njen pomen v širšem družbenem kontekstu. Z namenom podkrepitve teoretičnim in raziskovalnim dognanjem so predstavljeni primeri iger.

Abstract

Learning through Play Moves Outdoors

The article presents reflections on the importance of learning through play, including free play outside the classroom. Learning through play is placed in the school context. Some theories and insights from authors who research play and its importance in a broader social context are presented. In order to support theoretical and research findings, examples of games are presented.
