Povzetek
Prispevek opisuje svetovanje kot obliko podpore ravnateljem s sodelovanjem predavateljev Šole za ravnatelje in izkušenih ravnateljev svetovalcev pri vodenju pedagoške dejavnosti. Predstavlja kratek pregled stanja na področju svetovanja ravnateljem, pregled ustanov, ki v Sloveniji že izvajajo svetovanje na tem področju in pregled zahtevanih kompetenc in pogojev za svetovalce ter tem, za katere so ravnatelji izrazili potrebo. V analizi stanja na področju svetovanja povzema ugotovitve dostopnih dosedanjih pisnih analiz o svetovanju, zapisov spletnih strani zavodov in ustanov, ki svetovanje ponujajo. Obravnavamo dve obliki svetovanja: individualno svetovanje in svetovanje v regijskih aktivih, ugotovitve iz evalvacij teh programov in navajamo priporočila za nadaljnji razvoj.
Abstract
Counselling as a Form of Support for Headteachers
In this paper a Swedish example of professional developmental group counselling is described and discussed. This version of counselling is conducted at the National School Principal Training Program at Uppsala University. Reflection and dialogue with colleagues are meant to contribute to professional learning and development of the individual’s personal professional capacity. The intentions of the chosen counselling approach are described, as are the settings and the role of the facilitator. The development of issues brought to the sessions are outlined as well as reflections from the participants. Finally some
opportunities and challenges are discussed.
