Spremljanje in vrednotenje profesionalnega učenja in sodelovanja v slovenskih vrtcih in šolah

Povzetek

V prispevku se osredotočamo na spremljanje in vrednotenje učinkov profesionalnega učenja in sodelovanja strokovnih delavcev v vzgoji in izobraževanju v Sloveniji kot enega izmed temeljnih pogojev ustvarjanja in zagotavljanja kakovostnega profesionalnega učenja in sodelovanja. Prikazujemo delne izsledke širše raziskave o vodenju profesionalnega učenja in sodelovanja, ki je bila izvedena v letu 2021 (Brejc in ostali 2022). Rezultati raziskave ugotavljajo, da slovenski ravnatelji in strokovni delavci v visokem deležu ocenjujejo, da redno spremljajo in vrednotijo profesionalno učenje in sodelovanje strokovnih delavcev ter da le-to poteka na različne načine, z različnim namenom in na podlagi uporabe različnih podatkov. Avtorice raziskave v zaključku prispevka izpostavijo smernice za bolj sistematično in sodelovalno ravnateljevo spremljanje in vrednotenje profesionalnega učenja in sodelovanja strokovnih delavcev.

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation of professional learning and cooperation in Slovenian kindergartens and schools

The paper focuses on monitoring and evaluating the impact of professional learning and the cooperation of education staff in Slovenia as one of the main conditions for creating and ensuring quality professional learning and cooperation. Partial results of a wider survey about the management of professional learning and cooperation, which was carried out in 2021 (Brejc et al. 2022) are presented. In the survey, a high share of Slovenian headteachers and education staff expressed that they regularly monitor and evaluate professional learning and cooperation of education staff and that this is done in different ways, with different purposes and based on the use of different data. In the conclusion, the authors of the survey provide guidelines for headteachers to perform more systematic and cooperative monitoring and evaluation of professional learning and cooperation of education staff.
