Povzetek
Prispevek prikazuje pomoč učencu s posebnimi potrebami, in sicer s čustvenimi motnjami ter primanjkljaji na posameznih področjih učenja. Primer je bil spremljan v okviru triletne razvojne naloge Ustvarjanje učnih okolij za 21. stoletje (Zavor RS šolstvo, 2020–2023). V članku so predstavljeni pristopi, ki jih svetovalni delavec lahko uporabi za graditev in spodbujanje učne motivacije, pri tem pa izhaja iz individualnih potreb učenca. Vključevanje elementov formativnega spremljanja omogoča bolj poglobljeno, usmerjeno in sistematično delo z učencem, hkrati pa učencu omogoča aktivno vključevanje oziroma soustvarjanje procesa pomoči.
Abstract
Development of Learning Motivation: Supporting a Pupil with Special Educational Needs by Incorporating Formative Assessment Elements
The article demonstrates the provision of support to a pupil with special educational needs, namely with emotional disorders and specific learning disabilities. This case was monitored as part of the three-year development project Creating Learning Environments for the 21st Century (National Education Institute of the Republic of Slovenia, 2020–2023). The article presents approaches that a counsellor can use to build and stimulate learning motivation, while basing them on the pupil’s individual needs. Incorporating formative assessment elements enables more in-depth, targeted and systematic work with the pupil, while simultaneously enabling the pupil to be actively involved in or to co-create the support process.
