Povzetek
V prispevku skozi primerjalno analizo Programskih smernic in tujih strateških dokumentov, ki urejajo delo šolskih svetovalnih delavcev, utemeljujemo njihovo trenutno aktualnost in ustreznost. Kot primer dobre prakse prikazujemo razvoj kompetenc psihologov, potrebnih za kakovostno opravljanje dela šolskega psihologa, pri študiju psihologije na Oddelku za psihologijo Filozofske fakultete v Ljubljani. Na koncu izpostavljamo nekatere dileme in izzive, povezane z aktualnim delom psihologov in drugih šolskih svetovalnih delavcev (več poudarka razvojno-preventivnemu delu, psihološka skrb za vse udeležence v šolskem prostoru, potreba po sistemski ureditvi supervizije in intervizije, razjasnitvi kompetenc različnih profilov šolskih svetovalnih delavcev in okrepitvi Društva šolskih svetovalnih delavcev), ki zahtevajo strokovno in kritično refleksijo svojega delovanja.
Abstract
Quo Vadis, Psychology in School Consultant Work?
The article uses a comparative analysis of the Programme Guidelines and foreign strategic documents regulating the work of school consultants to justify their current relevance and adequacy. The development of psychologists’ competences required for their quality work as school psychologists is given as an example of good practices in psychology studies at the Faculty of Arts, Department of Psychology, University of Ljubljana. The article concludes by pointing out some of the dilemmas and challenges in the current work of psychologists and other school consultants (more emphasis on the development and prevention work, psychological care for all school participants, need for a systematic regulation of supervision and intervision, explanation of school consultants’ competences for different profiles and reinforcement of the Association of School Consultants) that require a professional and critical reflection on their work.
