Povzetek
V članku so predstavljeni primeri dejavnosti, ki jih šolski svetovalni delavec v sodelovanju z razrednikom lahko v okviru razrednih ur izpelje z namenom ozaveščanja miselne naravnanosti in spodbujanja konstruktivnih prepričanj o sposobnostih pri učencih. V prispevku so predstavljena različna orodja, s katerimi lahko učenci raziskujejo svojo miselno naravnanost (vprašalniki za samooceno ter samoocena z opisniki), spremljajo doseganje zastavljenih ciljev v vsakodnevnih okoliščinah, navedene pa so tudi zamisli za spodbujanje vrstniške povratne informacije o prepoznani miselni naravnanosti sošolca ter izhodišča za igre vlog. Prikazane dejavnosti so podlaga, na kateri lahko učenci kasneje prek samorefleksije in samospremljanja spreminjajo miselno naravnanost določenosti v miselno naravnanost rasti.
Abstract
Examples of Activities for Developing Mental Attitudes of Growth in Students
The article introduces different examples of the activities that the school consultant can perform during class meetings, in cooperation with the class teacher, to help students become aware of their mental attitudes and encourage positive beliefs about their abilities. Different tools are illustrated that can help students explore their mental attitudes (self-assessment questionnaires, self-assessment using descriptors) and observe the achieving of the set goals in everyday situations, along with the ideas on how to encourage the students’ feedback about their classmates’ mental attitudes and the basis of role play. These activities provide a basis for students to change, later on, their mental attitudes of determination to mental attitudes of growth through self-reflection and self-monitoring.
