Povzetek
V prispevku želimo prikazati pomen sodelovanja šolskega svetovalnega delavca z učiteljem pri uresničevanju strategij formativnega spremljanja v preventivnih dejavnostih s področja medsebojnih odnosov med učenci (konstruktivnega reševanja konfliktov). Svetovalni delavci v šolah se vedno pogosteje srečujejo z vzgojnimi težavami, zato se je povečala tudi potreba po njihovem preventivnem delu. Vanj spada razvoj različnih kompetenc, sposobnosti, spretnosti in navad, ki jih bodo učenci potrebovali za socialno preživetje v življenju. K razvoju osebnih in socialnih kompetenc, ki učencem omogočajo uspešno soočanje s konfliktnimi situacijami, lahko svetovalni delavec prispeva z različnimi oblikami preventivnega dela, kot so na primer delavnice, pripravljene po načelih formativnega spremljanja. Da bi pripravljeni preventivni program lahko uresničili, je pomembno sodelovanje z učiteljem oziroma njuno timsko delo.
Abstract
The Importance of Cooperation between the Consultant and the Teacher When Implementing Formative Assessment Strategies in Preventive Activities
The article wants to show the importance of cooperation between the school consultant and the teacher during the implementation of formative assessment strategies in preventive activities relative to interpersonal relationships between the students (constructive conflict resolution). School consultants are more and more frequently faced with educational problems which increases the need for their preventive action. This includes developing various competences, abilities, skills and practices that students will need in order to socially cope with life. The consultant can contribute to the student’s development of personal and social competences allowing them successful conflict resolution through different preventive activities, such as workshops following formative assessment principles. The key to successfully implementing the prepared preventive programme is cooperation between the consultant and the teacher, i.e. their team work.
