V članku sta predstavljeni dve dejavnosti izvedbe pouka na prostem, ki se povezujeta s poukom v razredu. Narava nam ponuja nešteto možnosti za ustvarjanje. V prvem delu učenci raziskujejo bližnji gozd. V njem najdejo različne materiale, ki jih uporabijo za likovno ustvarjanje, ob tem pa razvijajo odnos do narave in skrb zanjo. Po ustvarjanju v naravi učenci materialov ne odnašajo, ampak jih pustijo tam, kjer so jih našli. Svoje umetnije »prenesejo« v učilnico in jih poustvarijo z risanjem. V drugem delu pa je narava prostor in navdih za literarno ustvarjanje, ki ga prav tako povežemo z delom v učilnici. Učenci po sistematičnem opazovanju ustvarijo in napišejo pesem. V obeh primerih so vsebine medpredmetno zasnovane in povezane. Pouk na prostem pa poleg medpredmetne povezanosti povečuje motivacijo, krepi medsebojne odnose, poveča skrb in odgovornost za okolje in posledično izboljša učne dosežke.

Abstract

Natural Materials for Inspiring Art and Imagination

This article describes two outdoor activities that relate to classroom lessons. Nature provides endless opportunities for creative expression. During the first activity, pupils explore a nearby forest area. They collect various materials to create art while developing a relationship with and caring for nature. After the activity, they do not take the materials away; instead, they leave them where they were found. They „transfer“ their art into the classroom and recreate it through drawing. The second section discusses nature as a place and a source of inspiration for literary creativity, which also pertains to classroom work. Following systematic observation, pupils compose and write a poem. In both cases, the content is cross-curricular and linked. In addition to cross-curricular integration, outdoor education boosts motivation, strengthens relationships, fosters environmental stewardship, and thus improves learning outcomes.
