Celostna organizacija šole za razvijanje digitalnih kompetenc: perspektiva ravnatelja in podpora učiteljem

Prispevek predstavlja, kako lahko šola sistematično pristopi k razvijanju digitalnih kompetenc v času uvajanja prenovljenih učnih načrtov. Poseben poudarek je na vlogi ravnatelja, ki s premišljenim vodenjem in jasnimi usmeritvami ustvarja pogoje za razvoj digitalnih kompetenc učencev in učiteljev. Na podlagi izkušenj iz prakse so predstavljeni ključni organizacijski elementi, kot so delovanje strokovnih aktivov, vloga tima za digitalizacijo in pomen kolegialnega sodelovanja. Prispevek izpostavlja tudi pomen sprotnega spremljanja in evalvacije ter opozarja na izzive, s katerimi se šole srečujejo pri uvajanju sistemskih sprememb.

Abstract

Comprehensive School Organization for Development of Digital Competences: Principal Perspective and Teacher Support

The article presents how a school can systematically approach the development of digital competencies during the implementation of the reformed curriculum. Particular emphasis is placed on the principal role in creating conditions for the development of digital competencies of both students and teachers through thoughtful leadership and clear guidance. Drawing from practical experience, the contribution presents key organisational elements, including the work of subject groups, the role of the digitalisation team, and the significance of collegial collaboration. additionally, it underscores the importance of ongoing monitoring and evaluation and draws attention to the challenges schools face when introducing systemic changes.
