Izvleček
Prispevek obravnava primer dobre prakse pouka glasbene umetnosti, ki temelji na medpredmetnem povezovanju z družboslovnimi vsebinami in uresničuje cilje trajnostnega znanja. Učna ura, izvedena v 5. razredu osnovne šole, se osredotoča na spoznavanje slovenske istrske ljudske pesmi »Gore, dole, tralala«. Ob izvajanju, poslušanju, ustvarjanju in analizi pesmi učenci razvijajo glasbene in socialne spretnosti, razumevanje kulturne dediščine ter zavest o regionalni in jezikovni raznovrstnosti Slovenije. Uporaba slikovnega in notnega zapisa, delo v skupinah, vključitev ritmičnih glasbil ter pogovor o kulturnih in geografskih značilnostih Primorske omogočajo celostno in poglobljeno učno izkušnjo. Prispevek prikazuje spodbujanje razvoja ključnih kompetenc, kot so kulturna zavest in izražanje, sodelovanje, kritično mišljenje, ustvarjalnost in trajnostna naravnanost. Učenci pridobivajo znanje, ki temelji na doživljanju, povezovanju in ustvarjanju, kar je skladno s smernicami prenovljenega učnega načrta in s sodobnimi didaktičnimi priporočili. Glasba v tem okviru ne nastopa le kot umetniški predmet, temveč tudi kot sredstvo za vzgojo kulturno ozaveščenih posameznikov.
Abstract
Sustainable Knowledge Through Harmonious Integration of Music and Social Science Content
This paper describes an example of best practice in music education, emphasising cross-curricular integration with social science content to foster sustainable knowledge. The lesson, conducted with 5th- grade primary students, centres on the Slovenian Istrian folk song Gore, dole, tralala. Through activities such as performing, listening to, creating, and analysing the song, pupils develop musical and social skills, deepen their understanding of cultural heritage and heighten their awareness of Slovenia’s regional and linguistic diversity. The use of pictorial and musical notation, group work, the inclusion of rhythmic instruments and a discussion about the cultural and geographical characteristics of the Primorska region create a holistic and immersive learning experience. The activities cultivate key competencies, including cultural awareness and expression, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity and sustainability. Students acquire knowledge through experiential learning, integration and creation, aligning with the guidelines of the renewed curriculum and contemporary pedagogical approaches. In this context, music transcends its role as an artistic subject, serving as a powerful tool for nurturing culturally aware individuals.
