Izvleček

Da je hrana odpadek, je sporno z moralnega, socialnega, okoljskega in ekonomskega vidika. Vzgoja in izobraževanje za trajnostni razvoj sta ključnega pomena pri trajnostnem ravnanju in zmanjševanju količin zavržene hrane. Na problematiko je treba pogledati celostno, lokalno in globalno. Ključno vlogo pri trajnostni šoli ima tim za trajnostni razvoj, ki sledi metodologiji sedmih korakov in šeststopenjskemu modelu učnih ciljev. Učenje ne sme temeljiti le na teoriji, temveč tudi na aktivnem vključevanju učencev in celotnega tima za trajnostni razvoj ter na razvijanju občutka odgovornosti.

Abstract

ESD or Food and Self-Sufficiency in Seven Steps

The fact that food is waste is a moral, social, environmental and economic issue. Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is critical to promoting sustainable practices and reducing food waste. We need to address the problem holistically, locally, and globally. The Education for Sustainable Development school team is essential in implementing the seven-step approach and the six-stage learning objectives model. Learning should be founded not just on theory but also on the active participation of students and the entire sustainability team and on developing a sense of responsibility.
