Vodenje v smeri razvoja kulture samorefleksije v šolah – temelj profesionalnega razvoja in rasti zaposlenih

Povzetek

Temeljni namen prispevka je izpostaviti pomen samorefleksije v profesionalnem razvoju strokovnih delavcev in ravnatelja v šoli ter posledično v učenju in spreminjanju organizacije. V prispevku najprej pojasnimo, kaj so temeljni vzvodi posameznikovega doživljanja in ravnanja ter vlogo prepričanj in predpostavk v tem procesu. Samorefleksijo opredelimo kot proces, ki omogoča ozaveščanje prepričanj ter raziskovanje alternativnih, bolj racionalnih in realnosti ustrezajočih pogledov na situacijo, kar privede do spremenjenega doživljanja in bolj funkcionalnega ravnanja. V nadaljevanju izpostavimo nekaere strategije vzpodbujanja samorefleksije v kolektivu ter poudarimo pomen sistematičnosti in načrtovanja dejavnosti za vzpostavitev samorefleksivne kulture šole.

Abstract

Leadership towards the development of a culture of self-reflection in schools – the foundation of professional development and growth of education staff

The main purpose of the paper is to highlight the importance of self-reflection in the professional development of education staff and the headteacher, and consequently in learning and changing the organization. In the paper, the main impulses for an individual’s experience and behavior are explained and the role of beliefs and assumptions in this process is presented. Self-reflection is defined as a process that enables us to become aware of our beliefs and to explore alternative, more rational and realistic perception of a situation, which leads to a changed experience and more functional behavior. In the continuation, some strategies for encouraging self-reflection by the staff are presented and the importance of systemic and planned activities to establish a self-reflective school culture is emphasizes.
