Vodenje mednarodnih projektov – priložnosti za profesionalni razvoj in vodstvene kompetence strokovnih delavcev vrtca

Izvleček

Globalni trendi in spreminjajoče se družbeno okolje narekujejo sledenje spremembam na vseh področjih življenja. S tem je povezana profesionalna rast vseh zaposlenih v vzgojno-izobraževalnih organizacijah, ki postaja izjemno pomembna, saj se morajo pedagoške prakse spreminjati, izpopolnjevati. Vse večja in hitrejša globalizacija na področju izobraževanja nas vodi v profesionalni razvoj tudi na področju mednarodnega sodelovanja. Ena od možnosti je priprava in udeležba na mobilnostih Erasmus, ki jih pri nas omogoča nacionalna agencija Cmepius. Vodenje tovrstnih projektov strokovnim delavcem, koordinatorjem omogoča razvoj tudi vodstvenih kompetenc in tako profesionalno rast v najširšem pomenu.

Abstract

Leading and Managing International Projects: Opportunities for Professional Development and Leadership Competencies of Kindergarten Professionals

Global trends and a changing social environment necessitate keeping pace with change in every facet of life. The latter relates to the professional development of all educational staff, which is becoming increasingly relevant as pedagogical practices need to evolve and improve. The expanding and accelerated globalisation of education is driving professional development, including international cooperation. One possibility is to prepare for and participate in Erasmus mobility programmes overseen in Slovenia by the National Agency for European Community Programmes and International Mobility Programmes (CMEPIUS). Leading such projects also allows for the development of managerial competencies and, therefore, professional growth in general.
