Izvleček
Članek obravnava vodenje razreda kot ključno nalogo učiteljev, ki bistveno vpliva na učenje in vedenje učencev. Osredotoča se na sodobne pristope k vodenju razreda, ki ne vključujejo le vzdrževanja discipline, temveč tudi ustvarjanje učnega okolja, ki spodbuja učne dosežke ter socialno-čustveni razvoj učencev. V članku so podrobno predstavljene preventivne in proaktivne strategije, kot so učinkovito načrtovanje začetka šolskega leta, optimalna ureditev fizičnega prostora, oblikovanje jasnih pravil in postopkov, vzpostavljanje pozitivnih odnosov med učiteljem in učenci ter tesno sodelovanje med domom in šolo. V zaključku članek poudarja tudi pomen nenehnega strokovnega izpopolnjevanja učiteljev in podpore vodstva pri doseganju učinkovitega vodenja razreda.
Abstract
Effective Classroom Leadership: Teacher’s Role in Modern Education
This article discusses classroom leadeship as an essential teacher task that profoundly impacts student learning and behaviour. It focuses on contemporary approaches to classroom leadeship that involve maintaining discipline while creating a learning environment that promotes students’ academic achievement and socio-emotional development. The article details preventive and proactive strategies, such as effective planning for the beginning of the school year, optimal physical space management, setting clear rules and procedures, establishing positive teacher-student relationships, and active home- school collaboration. In conclusion, the article also highlights the importance of continuous professional development for teachers and leadershipt support in successfully navigating the classroom.
