Spodbujanje čustvenega, socialnega in gibalnega razvoja z glasbo in gibanjem

Na OŠ Angela Besednjaka Maribor od šolskega leta 2015/16 izvajamo projekt Z glasbo in gibanjem do boljših odnosov. Uporabljamo metodo biodanze za otroke, s katero učenci spodbujajo čustveni, socialni in gibalni razvoj ter neverbalno komunikacijo. Metoda temelji na skrbno izbranih in empirično preverjenih vajah in glasbi ter obsežnem teoretičnem ozadju. Delamo po vzgledu nemške Šole za sočutje – TANZPRO. Osnovana je na povezovanju in sodelovanju, zato omogoča vključevanje in sprejemanje manj priljubljenih ali socialno šibkejših otrok ter otrok s čustvenimi, vedenjskimi ter učnimi težavami v oddelčno skupnost. Ure izvajamo razredničarke in specialna pedagoginja. Sestavljene so iz verbalnega in neverbalnega dela. V času epidemiološke situacije smo izvajanje prilagodili. Pri učencih se opazi povečano povezovanje, občutljivost drug do drugega, skrb za drugega, izkazovanje nežnosti, vživljanje v situacije, sodelovalnost in izraznost.

Abstract

Promoting Emotional, Social and Physical Development Through Music and Movement

The project Strengthening Bonds Through Music and Movement has been running at the OŠ Angela Besednjaka Maribor Primary School ever since the school year 2015-16. In order to encourage emotional, social, and motor development as well as non-verbal communication among children, the Biodanza method for children has been used. It is based on carefully selected and empirically validated exercises and music with a broad theoretical framework, following the example of the German School of Empathy concept, Tanzpro. By encouraging integration and cooperation in the classroom community, it enables the inclusion and acceptance of children who are less popular, socially disadvantaged and/or they have emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties. Sessions, consisting of a verbal and a non-verbal part, are conducted by class teachers and a special education teacher. During the pandemic, sessions were modified accordingly. Pupils benefit from Biodanza in several ways: they establish stronger relationships, show deeper sensitivity and kindness towards each other, they are able to empathize, cooperate and express themselves better.
