Povzetek

Tema študijskih srečanj Principi učenja in poučevanja v spodbudnem učnem okolju na razredni stopnji povzema teme o konceptih učenja in poučevanja po načelih formativnega spremljanja, o podpori pri učenju, o vključevanju vseh učencev, o učenčevi participaciji v vseh fazah pouka, o spremembah v družbi in okolju, o drugačnosti in o digitalnem prepadu med generacijami − o temah srečanj iz prejšnjih let. Vse te teme so zaobjete v sedmih principih učenja in poučevanja, ki jih v svojem delu predstavlja Helen Timperley. Na študijskem srečanju, ki je že uveljavljena oblika strokovnega izobraževanja učiteljev, smo želeli predstaviti okvir za preoblikovanje učenja v šolah.

Abstract

Learning and Teaching Principles of an Encouraging Learning Environment in Primary School Classes 1-5

The topic Learning and Teaching Principles of an Encouraging Learning Environment in Primary School Classes 1-5 presented at the teacher education meeting summarizes the topics on learning and teaching concepts based on formative monitoring, learning support, inclusion of all students, student class participation in all phases, changes in society and environment, differences and digital generation gap − topics introduced over the last years. All are covered under the seven learning and teaching principles presented in Helen Timperley’s work. Our aim at the teacher education meeting, which has become a well-established form of teacher professional development, was to present a framework for transforming learning in schools.
