Učenci v okviru terenskega dela pobliže spoznajo izbrano območje, njegove geografske značilnosti in biotsko raznovrstnost, ob tem pa vzpostavijo pristen odnos z naravo.
Abstract
Selected Natural Values in Goričko Nature Park in Geography Lessons
This paper provides didactic examples of how to teach about the natural values of Bukovnik Lake and Hodoš Lake in the Goričko area in geography lessons. Three educational trails in the Goričko Nature Park, part of the European Natura 2000 ecological network, are also presented. Goričko is protected under the EU Habitats and Birds Directive. The natural values and educational trails are well maintained, easily accessible and suitable for visiting both in and outside the classroom. Through fieldwork, students get better acquainted with the selected area, its geographical features and biodiversity while establishing a genuine relationship with nature.
