Izvleček
Po objavi dosežkov učencev v mednarodni raziskavi PISA 2009, kjer so slovenski 15-letniki dosegli nižje povprečne rezultate na ravni pismenosti od povprečja držav EU (Puklek, 2012), so v slovenskem šolskem sistemu prisotna prizadevanja za izboljšave bralne pismenosti. Taka prizadevanja so prisotna tudi v predšolskem obdobju. Strokovni delavci vrtca Mladi rod so od šolskega leta 2016/2017 sodelovali z Zavodom Republike Slovenije za šolstvo v projektu OBJEM – Ozaveščanje, Branje, Jezik, Evalvacija, Modeli. Glavni cilj projekta je bil razviti in preizkusiti didaktične pristope in pedagoške prakse, ki bodo pripomogli k celostnemu in vertikalnemu razvoju bralne pismenosti otrok. Člani tima smo v času trajanja projekta vseskozi razvijali in razmišljali o različnih pristopih in prenosu le-teh v prakso, pri čemer smo imeli vlogo raziskovalcev.
Abstract
Benefits of Teamwork in Preschool and OBJEM Day
Following the PISA 2009 international survey of academic achievements, where Slovenian 15-year-olds scored lower than the EU average in literacy (Puklek, 2012), the Slovenian school system has devoted special efforts to improving reading literacy. The Mladi rod Kindergarten teachers have worked with the Slovenian Institute of Education on the OBJEM project – Awareness, Reading, Language, Evaluation, Models since the 2016/2017 school year. Their main objective is to develop and test didactic approaches and pedagogical practices to help children’s reading literacy develop holistically and vertically. The team members have continually created and reflected on various methods and their transfer into practice assuming the role of researchers.
