Ozaveščenost razrednih učiteljev o pomenu kakovostnega poučevanja glasbene umetnosti

Povzetek

S kvantitativno raziskavo med razrednimi učitelji naključno izbranih devetletnih osnovnih šol v Sloveniji smo preverjali njihovo ozaveščenost o pomenu kakovostnega poučevanja glasbene umetnosti za učenčev celostni razvoj. Rezultati raziskave so pokazatelji razlik v glasbeni ozaveščenosti razrednih učiteljev glede na njihovo starost, izobrazbo, delovno dobo in glasbeno izobrazbo. V zvezi s tem poudarjamo vlogo razrednega učitelja za glasbeni razvoj učencev, stališča in odnos razrednih učiteljev do glasbene umetnosti ter njeno vrednotenje, pomembnost kakovostnega načrtovanja pouka glasbene umetnosti z vključevanjem raznovrstnih glasbenih metod, učnih oblik in novih pristopov poučevanja, pomembnost timskega sodelovanja z učitelji/-icami drugih oddelkov, pogosto sodelovanje s predmetnim učiteljem glasbene umetnosti ter odprtost učitelja za timsko in sodelovalno delo zunaj šolskih okvirov.

Abstract

Class Teachers’ Awareness of the Importance of High-Quality Music Education

We conducted quantitative research among class teachers at randomly selected nine-year primary schools in Slovenia with the aim of verifying their awareness of the importance of high-quality music education for pupils’ overall development. The research results indicate differences in the musical awareness of teachers, depending on their age, education, period of employment, school district and music education. In this respect, we emphasise the role of class teachers in the musical development of pupils, the viewpoint and attitude of class teachers towards the musical arts and the evaluation thereof, the importance of high-quality musical arts lesson planning using various music methods, teaching methods and new teaching approaches, the importance of team work with teachers from other departments, frequent cooperation with musical arts subject teachers and the openness of teachers to team work and their cooperation outside of school.
