Povzetek

Namen prispevka je bil raziskati, kako vodja doseže motivacijo učiteljev, članov projektnega tima (PT), za sodelovanje v projektu, in pripraviti smernice za vodje. S pomočjo strokovne literature bomo v nadaljevanju predstavile dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motivacijo članov PT. Sledile bodo razlage pojmov motivacija in projekt ter navedba njunih značilnosti. Izpostavile bomo vlogo vodje v celotnem procesu in njegov odnos s člani PT. Nato bomo analizirale rezultate spletnega anketnega vprašalnika, ki so ga izpolnili na treh šolah. Sklepna ugotovitev je, da je vloga vodje pri motivaciji članov PT posredna. Vodja namreč ustvarja ustrezne razmere, ki člane motivirajo za projektno delo.

Abstract

Motivating Teachers for Project Participation

The aim of the article is to examine how leaders achieve motivation among teachers, i.e. project team (PT) members, for project participation and to design guidelines for leaders. With the help of literature review, the factors that influence the motivation of PT members will be outlined. This will be followed by an explanation of the notions of motivation and project, and by a summary of their characteristics. The role of the leader throughout the entire process and the leader’s interaction with PT members will be highlighted. In addition, the results of an online survey questionnaire completed at three schools will be analysed. In conclusion, the leader’s role in motivating pt members is indirect, as the leader shapes the kind of conditions that are conducive to motivating members for project work.
