Povzetek

V članku je zbranih nekaj predlogov za vodenje strokovnih delavcev v vzgojno-izobraževalnih zavodih v času nenehnih sprememb. Predlogi temeljijo predvsem na ugotovitvah analize izkušenj ravnateljev iz prakse vodenja v času nepričakovanih dogodkov in pandemije ter na refleksijah in ugotovitvah strokovnih razprav ravnateljev in sodelavcev Šole za ravnatelje med pandemijo kovida 19 in po njej. Povezava ugotovitev iz prakse vodenja in sodobnih znanstvenih spoznanj naprednega menedžmenta ter vzgojno izobraževalnih zavodov kot učečih se organizacij razkriva dejavnike vodenja zaposlenih, ki omogočajo hitro inovativnost in uvajanje novosti s spreminjanjem in prilagajanjem procesov učenja in poučevanja ter spremembe interakcij v komunikaciji in odnosov. Razmere, ki se pogosto spreminjajo, zahtevajo jasno izražena pričakovanja ter konkretno in jasno povratno informacijo učiteljem o njihovem delu zaradi zagotavljanja učinkovitega učenja učencev. Pogosto je treba iskati ravnovesje med prijaznostjo in odločnostjo ob etičnem delovanju in vzpostavitvi transparentnih odnosov. Tako lahko zagotovimo občutek varnosti in ohranjamo zavzetost.

Abstract

Between Firmness and Kindness – Headteachers on Leadership in the Context of Frequent

The paper presents some proposals for the leadership of education professionals in a time of constant change. The proposals are primarily based on the findings of an analysis of headteachers’ experience of leadership practice during unexpecte events and pandemics, as well as on the reflections and conclusions of the professional discussions of headteachers and staff at the National School for Leadership in Education during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The integration of findings from leadership practice and the contemporary scientific knowledge of advanced management and educational institutions as learning organisations reveals the factors of employee leadership that enable rapid innovation and new developments by modifying and adapting learning and teaching processes and changing interactions in communication and relationships. The frequently changing circumstances require clear expectations and concrete and clear feedback to teachers on their work in order to ensure effective student learning. A balance must often be sought between kindness and firmness, while acting ethically and establishing transparent relationships. In this way, we can ensure a sense of security and maintain commitment.
