Povzetek

Prispevek predstavlja pristop participativnega vodenju z osnovnimi izhodišči ter predstavitvijo primerov uporabe tovrstnega pristopa v šolskem prostoru in v razvojnem projektu Bralna pismenost in razvoj slovenščine – OBJEM. Participativno vodenje nam nudi priložnost za razvoj novih kvalitet vodenja ter vodjem in nosilcem izobraževanj omogoča, da o dani situaciji, ideji, odločitvi, problemu ali izzivu, ki ga imajo razmišljajo in delujejo skupaj. Tako participativno vodenje vabi vse sodelujoče k soustvarjanju, saj vsak prispeva raznoliko znanje in deli z drugimi izkušnje, kar omogoča odkrivanje novih rešitev in oblikovanje odločitev, kako delovati v bodoče. Participativno vodenje znotraj šolskega prostora omogoča tudi razvoj prožnih, fleksibilnih in prilagodljivih okolij ter proaktivnost in prevzemanje odgovornosti vseh vključenih. Predstavljena so konkretna orodja in aktivnosti, ki omogočajo sodelovanje, soustvarjanje in razvijanje novih idej s t. i. inteligenco skupine.

Abstract

Participatory Leadership in the field of Education – How can we do it and why it is needed?

The article introduces Art of Participatory Leadership Approach, with the basic assumptions and examples of using these methodologies in the field of education and in the developmental project OBJEM – promoting reading literacy and development of Slovenian language. Participatory leadership offer us opportunities for development of new leadership qualities and can empower leaders and educators to develop a new ideas and solutions about certain situation, decision, problem or challenge that they have – in a way they can think and act together. In this way, participatory leadership invites all participants to co- create, with everyone contributing different knowledge and sharing experience with each other, which leads to the discovery of new solutions and decisions on future actions. Aside that, Participatory Leadership Approach also enable us to develop flexible, adjustable and adaptable environments in which everyone can be proactive and take their responsibility. We present also specific tools and activities that enable collaboration, co-creation and development of new ideas through collective intelligence.
