Članek obravnava vsakdanje življenje v času rimskega imperija na območju današnje Slovenije, kot ga slikajo arheološki podatki in analogije. Obravnavamo tri teme: vsakdan v mestih in na podeželju, hrano in z njeno pripravo, s transportom in uživanjem povezano posodje ter vsakdan otrok skozi igro in šolanje.
Abstract
How Did They Live? Everyday Life in Roman Times on Slovenian Soil
The article discusses everyday life at the time of the Roman Empire in the area of present-day Slovenia, as portrayed by archaeological data and analogies. It discusses three topics: everyday life in the towns and countryside; food and the pottery associated with its preparation, transport and consumption; the daily lives of children through play and schooling.
