Za otroka je glasba kot nekaj naravnega že pred vstopom v šolo. Daje podlago za raziskovanje različnih matematičnih komponent. V prispevku predstavljam idejo, kako glasbo integrirati v poučevanje matematike v prvem razredu, in učinek povezovanja otroške izštevanke (En kovač konja kuje) z matematiko še posebej pri utrjevanju štetja, seštevanja in odštevanja do 10. Učenci so igrali z lesenimi Orffovimi glasbili, vadili ritem z izvajanjem izštevanke, poslušali drug drugega, računali z dvema členoma do 10, tudi s številom 0. Ura je bila zabavna za učence in zame.
Abstract
How to Integrate Music into First Grade Primary School Math Lessons
Music is a natural part of the child’s pre-school life. It provides the context for exploring a variety of mathematical components. This paper presents different ideas of how to integrate music into first-grade Maths lessons and the effects of connecting children’s counting rhymes (En kovač konja kuje) with mathematics to improve mathematics skills, particularly in counting, adding and subtracting numbers up to 10. The students played with wooden Orff instruments, practised rhythm by counting rhymes, listened to each other and calculated with two numbers to 10, including 0. The lesson was fun for both students and myself.
