Kako lahko ustrezna ciljna usmerjenost in oblikovanje ciljev po načelih vedenjsko-kognitivne terapije pospešijo doseganje ciljev v svetovanju

Povzetek

V prispevku želim izpostaviti nekaj vsebin s področja postavljanja ciljev, ki sem jih pri delu v šolski svetovalni službi v srednji šoli in pri raziskovalnem delu prepoznala kot pomembne in koristne. Postavljanje ciljev je pomemben vidik samouravnavanja svetovalca in svetovanca. Pozornost bom najprej namenila predstavitvi razlik med motivacijsko usmerjenostjo v približevanje in motivacijsko usmerjenostjo v izogibanje v kontekstu opredelitve ciljev v svetovalnem procesu. V drugem delu prispevka bo pozornost namenjena vsebini (značilnostim) ciljev, ki jih svetovalni delavec pomaga sooblikovati s svetovancem. Prispevek bom dopolnila z nekaterimi znanji in smernicami vedenjsko-kognitivne terapije. Ta ponuja koristen vir napotkov pri implementaciji ciljev v svetovalni praksi.

Abstract

How can Appropriate Goal Orientation and Goal Setting According to Behavioral-cognitive Therapy Accelerate Goal Achievement in Counselling Process

The aim of this paper is to put forth some content areas refers to goal setting which I’ve found to be of importance and use in the context of school counselling service. Goal setting is an important aspect of self-regulation of both counsellor and student. First, I’m going to focus on differences between approach and avoidance goal orientation in counselling process. In the second part of this paper I will focus on the content (characteristics) of goals that are formed by the counsellor and the student together. In this paper I am also going to talk about the some basic concepts and guidelines of behavioural cognitive theory, which offers extremely useful knowledge that can be drawn upon in the context of counselling practice when implementing goals.
