Intervizija v šolski praksi


Izvleček

V prispevku je opisana intervizija kot eden izmed učinkovitih načinov poglobljenega učenja in sodelovanja strokovnih delavcev v šolski praksi. Na kratko je predstavljena struktura srečanja, bolj natančno je opisanih nekaj metod dela. Pri interviziji gre za obliko supervizije pri kateri nobeden od udeležencev ne prevzema stalne vloge supervizorja. Za delo v skupini je pomembno medsebojno zaupanje, saj le tako lahko člani govorijo o dilemah in stiskah ter razkrivajo svoje neuspehe, šibkosti in razočaranja.

Abstract

Intervision in School Practice

This research highlights intervision as one of the most effective methods of comprehensive learning and practitioner collaboration in educational practice. While the meeting‘s structure is only briefly described, the working methods are outlined in greater detail. Intervision is a sort of supervision in which participants do not act as permanent supervisors. Mutual trust is vital in group work because it allows participants to address issues and difficulties and disclose their weaknesses, flaws, and frustrations.
