Elementi pozitivne psihologije pri timskem delu in v izobraževanju za timsko delo

Izvleček

Temeljna načela pozitivne psihologije poudarjajo pomen prijetnih/pozitivnih čustev, vrlin in pozitivno naravnanega delovnega okolja za posameznikov osebnostni in profesionalni razvoj ter njegovo doživljanje osebnega in delovnega zadovoljstva. Prispevek vključuje analizo nekaterih načel in strokovnih spoznanj s področja pozitivne psihologije, ki jih (prihodnji) pedagoški delavci prepoznavajo pri svojem timskem delu, upoštevamo pa jih tudi v izobraževanju in usposabljanju za timsko delo. Tim je pomemben socialni prostor učenja in razvijanja spretnosti timskega dela, predvsem pa prostor pozitivnega potrjevanja in oblikovanja poklicne vloge pedagoških delavcev. V prispevku predstavljam tudi model PERMA in znotraj njega s strani prihodnjih pedagoških delavcev prepoznane znake profesionalnega razvoja.

Abstract

Positive Psychology in Teamwork in Education

The fundamental tenets of positive psychology strongly emphasise the value of positive emotions, character strengths and a positive work environment for an individual’s personal and professional development and their experience of personal and work satisfaction. The paper analyses some positive psychology concepts and findings that (future) educators may identify in teamwork and are part of their education and teamwork training. Not only is the team an important social setting for learning and developing collaborative skills, but it is primarily a space for educators to feel validated and develop their professional identities. This paper also presents the PERMA model and the indicators of professional development identified by future educators.
