Povzetek
Članek temelji na pregledni nacionalni raziskavi, izvedeni v prvih dveh letih štiriletnega mednarodnega projekta. Prinaša odgovore na ključno raziskovalno vprašanje, ali sodelovanje v programu Erasmus+ vpliva na razvoj digitalne transformacije in digitalnih kompetenc v organizacijah pogodbenicah. Podatke smo zbrali s spletnim anketiranjem koordinatorjev projektov in z individualnimi poglobljenimi (strukturiranimi) intervjuji z vodji organizacij pogodbenic. Pri tem smo uporabili kvalitativne in kvantitativne raziskovalne metode. Empirične ugotovitve kažejo, da organizacije pogodbenice zaznavajo velik vpliv programa Erasmus+ na razvoj digitalne transformacije in digitalnih kompetenc, še posebej v projektih strateškega partnerstva KA2. Ugotovili smo velike razlike med organizacijami pogodbenicami, ki se odražajo tako v stopnji dosežene digitalne transformacije kot v doseženih indeksih digitalnih kompetenc. Pri tem so v prednosti organizacije, katerih vodje razvijajo digitalno kulturo organizacije in s svojim načinom vodenja ter z uporabo tehnologij izkazujejo visoko raven digitalne kompetentnosti, za katero si prizadevajo tudi pri vseh zaposlenih.
Abstract
The Ecosystem for Developing Digital Transformation and Digital Competences of Erasmus+ Project Coordinators and the Role of Leaders of Contracting Organisations
The paper is based on a national overview survey conducted in the first two years of a four-year international project. It provides answers to the key research question of whether participation in the Erasmus+ programme influences the development of digital transformation and digital competences within the contracting organisations. Data were collected through an online survey of project coordinators and individual in-depth (structured) interviews with the heads of the contracting organisations. In this regard, both qualitative and quantitative research methods were employed. The empirical findings indicate that the Contracting Organisations perceive a significant impact of the Erasmus+ programme on the development of digital transformation and digital competences, particularly within the KA2 strategic partnership projects. Significant differences among the Contracting Organisations were observed, reflected in both the level of digital transformation achieved and the indices of digital competences attained. Organisations whose leaders cultivate a digital culture within the school and demonstrate a high level of digital competence through their leadership and use of technology are at an advantage, as they strive to achieve the same level of competence among all staff.
