Izvleček
Članek predstavlja primer organizacije pouka, ki omogoča diferenciacijo s pomočjo barvnih kartic. Učenci na proaktiven način diferencirajo težavnosti pri učnih urah utrjevanja na način, ki je preprost za izvedbo, prilagodljiv in se lahko uporablja v osnovnih ter srednjih šolah. Ker ni treba poznati posameznikovih sposobnosti, je uporaben tudi v visokošolskem izobraževanju. Sistem učencem omogoča vpogled v lastno raven kompetenc, učitelj pa ga lahko uporabi za podajanje prilagojenih povratnih informacij.
Abstract
“Dynamic differentiation”: a colorful example of good practice in the classroom
In this article, we report on an example of organizing a classroom to facilitate differentiation with a set of
colored cards. It is a proactive student-driven way of differentiation in difficulty in exercise lessons that is easy to implement, easy to adapt and can be used in primary and secondary schools. Since one does not need to know the strength of the pupils, it is also applicable in higher education. The system provides pupils an insight in their own level of competencies and can be used by the teacher to give personalized feedback.
