Povzetek
Članek predstavi eno od temeljnih praks sodelovalnega učenja – četvorno prakso. Četvorna praksa je praksa samorefleksije ter vadenja veščin, ki lahko strokovnim delavcem v izobraževanju pomagajo pri vsakodnevnem poučevanju, uvajanju sprememb v svoje delo, kot tudi pri lažjem soočanju z izzivi, ki jih predstavlja delo v šolskem sistemu. Četvorna praksa spodbuja in opolnomoča za skrb za sebe v zahtevnih situacijah, iniciranje pogovorov, ki prinašajo spremembe, sodelovanje v učečih se skupnostih ter vseživljensko učenje.
Abstract
The Four-Fold Practice
The article introduces one of the fundamental practices of participatory learning, i.e. the four-fold practice. The four-fold practice is a practice of self-reflection and skills that can help educators in their everyday teaching and implementing changes in their work, as well as to more easily face different work challenges in a school system. The four-fold practice encourages and empowers individuals to take care of themselves in demanding situations, initiate conversations that bring about changes, participate in learning communities and develop lifelong learning.
