V prispevku obravnavamo podjetnost kot povezovalni element sodobnega izobraževanja in jo umeščamo v kontekst družbenih, tehnoloških in didaktičnih sprememb. izhajamo iz razumevanja podjetnosti kot ene od ključnih kompetenc vseživljenjskega učenja, ki se lahko razvija v različnih učnih in življenjskih situacijah ter vključuje med drugim ustvarjalnost, kritično mišljenje, sodelovanje, prevzemanje pobude in ustvarjanje vrednosti za druge. V teoretičnem delu pojasnimo in opredelimo podjetnost, kompetenčni okvir EntreComp, problemski pouk in oblikovalsko razmišljanje. V osrednjem delu predstavimo primere iz pedagoške prakse, ki kažejo, kako je mogoče podjetnost razvijati prek reševanja avtentičnih izzivov, sodelovanja z okoljem in aktivne vloge učencev. Prispevek sklenemo s konkretnimi in praktičnimi smernicami za učitelje in šole, ki želijo podjetnost smiselno vključevati v pouk.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial Competence as a Connecting Element Across Educational Themes

This article examines entrepreneurship as a connecting element of contemporary education and situates it within the context of social, technological, and pedagogical change. It is based on the understanding of entrepreneurship as one of the key competences for lifelong learning, which can be developed in a variety of learning and life situations and encompasses, among other things, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, initiative, and the creation of value for others. The theoretical section explains and defines entrepreneurship, the EntreComp framework, problem-based learning, and design thinking. The central part of the article presents examples from educational practice that illustrate how entrepreneurship can be developed through authentic challenges, collaboration with the wider community, and the active role of learners. The article concludes with practical recommendations for teachers and schools seeking to integrate entrepreneurship meaningfully into teaching and learning.
