Izvleček
Prispevek se osredotoča na vlogo in kompetence pedagoginj ter pedagogov pri uresničevanju posodobljenih programskih smernic za delo svetovalne službe, in sicer na treh ravneh delovanja službe – na ravni vzgojno-izobraževalnega zavoda, oddelka oz. skupine in posameznika. Na osnovi teoretičnih izhodišč, strokovnih podlag ter konkretnih primerov iz prakse prispevek pokaže, da je za kakovostno svetovalno delo ključno preusmerjanje od kurativne k pedagoško-razvojni paradigmi. Pedagoginje in pedagogi se v tem okviru uveljavljajo kot strokovnjaki za razvoj, evalvacijo in kakovost pedagoškega in vzgojno-izobraževalnega delovanja v ustanovi, pa tudi kot strokovni sogovorniki vodstva, strokovnih delavcev (učiteljev, vzgojiteljev), staršev in otrok/učencev/dijakov. Prispevek poudarja pomen sistemskega pristopa, profesionalnega razvoja in mreženja strokovnih delavcev, ki omogočajo uresničevanje pedagoško-razvojne vloge svetovalne službe in prispevajo h kakovosti ter inkluzivnosti vzgojno-izobraževalnega dela.
Abstract
Developmentally and Pedagogically Oriented Counselling Work: The Role of Educationalists in Practice within the Context of Updated Program Guidelines
IThe article focuses on the role and competences of educationalists in implementing the updated
program guidelines for counselling services across three levels of operation – the level of the educational
institution, the class or group level, and the individual level. Based on the theoretical premises,
professional bases, and concrete examples from practice, the article demonstrates that high-quality
counselling work requires a shift from a curative to a pedagogical-developmental paradigm. Within this framework, educationalists establish themselves as experts in the development, evaluation, and quality of pedagogical and educational work within the institution, as well as professional partners to school leadership, professional staff (teachers, educators), parents, and children/pupils/students. The article highlights the importance of a systemic approach, professional development, and networking among professional staff, which enable the realization of the pedagogical-developmental role of counselling services and contribute to the quality and inclusiveness of educational work.
