Povzetek
Pojav zgodnjega opuščanja izobraževanja in usposabljanja (ZOIU), tradicionalno poimenovan »osip«, je učinek številnih prepletenih dejavnikov in ga ni enostavno zaobjeti. V članku zato prikažemo, kako smo se ga v projektu CroCooS lotili v Sloveniji in ga umestili v širšo medsektorsko in interdisciplinarno obravnavo. Ključno je bilo sodelovanje s šolami: snovanje in usposabljanje timov, ki so na svojih šolah razvili modele preprečevanja zgodnjega opuščanja izobraževanja in usposabljanja, katerih najbolj reprezentativne primere prav tako predstavljamo v tokratni številki revije.
Abstract
Why and How Should Early Leaving from Education and Training Be Prevented (Project CroCooS)
Early leaving from education and training (ELET) or »secondary student decrease« is a result of a number of intertwined factors, which is not easily accessible. The paper demonstrates the way student decrease was approached in Slovenia within the CroCooS project and placed in a broader intersectoral and interdisciplinary study. The crucial part, however, was the collaboration with schools: creating and training of teams which then developed models in their own schools for preventing early leaving from education and training. Some of the most representative examples are introduced in the current issue of the magazine.
