Povzetek
V sistemu vzgoje in izobraževanja vsakodnevno potekajo pogovori o kakovosti in odličnosti omenjenega sistema, kaj je treba spremeniti, kdo je odgovoren za stanje in kam dejansko želimo iti v prihodnje. V članku tako podajamo izhodišča, ki se nanašajo na družbeno odgovornost in profesionalizem, ki sta temeljna elementa za odličnost vseh sistemov – seveda ob prvem pogoju, da le-to razumemo, vsakodnevno živimo in izvajamo. Če si vsi deležniki v sistemu vzgoje in izobraževanja na tem področju želijo spremembe, potem smo prepričani, da bodo prihodnje aktivnosti na tem področju pripomogle k odličnosti vseh, še posebej pa samega sistema.
Abstract
Social Responsibility and Professionalism as Pathways to Excellent School System
Holding conversations on the quality and excellence of the education system, the need for change, the main culprit(s) for the current situation, and potential future directions, has become a daily occurrence. This article lays a foundation for social responsibility and professionalism as key elements of excellence in any system – on condition that they are accepted, adhered to, and carried out regularly. Supposing that all the parties in the education system are in favour of changes, then future activities in this area will undoubtedly contribute to the overall excellence, and especially to the excellence of the system itself.
