Izvleček
Premišljena uporaba numeričnega žepnega računala pripomore k boljšemu razumevanju matematičnih vsebin, pomaga pri reševanju problemov, učence motivira, spodbuja njihovo ustvarjalnost in vedoželjnost, poveča njihovo samozavest in samozaupanje v lastno matematično znanje ter pozitivno vpliva na njihov odnos do matematike.
V tem prispevku, ki je nadaljevanje prispevka Z žepnim računalom usvajamo nove vsebine pri pouku matematike v osnovni šoli, objavljenim v prejšnji številki revije, so predstavljeni primeri aktivnosti, pri katerih učenci uporabijo numerično računalo za preiskovanje različnih zakonitosti v številskih vzorcih.

Use of Calculator in Researching Numerical Patterns
A deliberate use of a calculator contributes to a better understanding of mathematical contents, facilitates
problem solving, motivates students, encourages their creativity and curiosity, improves their self-esteem and confidence in their mathematical skills, and positively affects their approach to mathematics.
The article is a continuation of the article entitled Learning New Content in Primary School Mathematics
Class Using a Calculator, published in the previous issue of the magazine, and describes examples of activities where students use a calculator to study the laws behind various numerical patterns.
