Trajnostna mobilnost v vzgoji in izobraževanju spodbuja in razvija ter krepi veščine za kulturo vedenja v cestnem prometu, zdrav način življenja, gibalne in socialne kompetence, odnos do okolja in ekologijo v sodobnem življenju. Temelji na načelih upoštevanja potreb in interesov posameznika, skupine in enakih možnosti. Skrb za razvoj trajnostne mobilnosti je temeljna naloga vseh vodstvenih in strokovnih delavcev v vzgoji in izobraževanju po celotni vertikali izobraževanja. Vodstveni in strokovni delavci ter učenci spoznavajo, ozaveščajo, da ljudje s svojim vsakodnevnim delovanjem in odločitvami vplivamo na okolje, kar je bistveno za trajnostni razvoj in prihodnost celotne družbe. Pri uresničevanju načel in ciljev trajnostne mobilnosti v vzgoji in izobraževanju je pomembno, da šole načrtujejo dejavnosti v letnem delovnem načrtu in vzgojnem načrtu ter letnih pripravah posameznih predmetov po celotni vertikali osnovne šole. Šola o pomenu trajnostne mobilnosti ozavešča tudi starše, sodeluje in se povezuje tudi z okoljem. Trajnostna mobilnost je zastopana v obveznem in razširjenem programu osnovne šole, to je v veljavnih učnih načrtih posameznih predmetov in drugih dejavnosti na šoli. Pogoj za oblikovanje ustreznih stališč in varnega vedenja, ravnanja v cestnem prometu, je pridobivanje in stalno obnavljanje znanja in spretnosti ter veščin za varno sodelovanje, vključevanje. V širšem pomenu si učenci razvijajo različne vrste pismenosti in se učijo učiti se ter razvijajo odgovornost do sebe in drugih za delovanje v družbi.

Abstract

Sustainable Mobility in Education

Sustainable mobility in education promotes, develops and strengthens the skills for proper road users’ behaviour, a healthy lifestyle, motor and social competencies, a positive attitude towards the environment, and ecology in modern life. It is founded on the principles of observing the needs and interests of an individual or group and equal opportunities. Ensuring the development of sustainable mobility is a principal task of all administrative and professional staff in education along the entire vertical of the education system. The administrative and professional staff and the pupils realize and raise awareness of the fact that we influence the environment with our daily activities and decisions; this awareness is essential for the sustainable development and future of society as a whole. In realizing the principles and objectives of sustainable mobility in education, it is important that schools plan activities in the annual work plan and educational plan, and in the yearly lesson plans of individual subjects along the entire vertical of primary school. The school also raises awareness of the importance of sustainable mobility among parents, and cooperates and integrates with its surroundings. Sustainable mobility is included in the compulsory and after-school primary school programme, i.e. in the valid curricula of individual subjects and of other activities at the school. A precondition for defining appropriate views and safe road users’ behaviour is the acquisition and constant refreshing of knowledge, abilities and skills for safe cooperation and inclusion. In the broader sense, pupils develop different types of literacy, learn to learn, and develop a responsibility towards themselves and others in order to function in society.
