Izvleček
Delo v podaljšanem bivanju je zasnovano specifično in temelji na veliki fleksibilnosti učitelja in njegovega pristopa tako pri vsebinskem kot tudi pri časovnem načrtovanju. Okolje in prostor bivanja mu omogočata izvajanje številnih dejavnosti, ki lahko potekajo samostojno ali pa se dopolnjujejo z dopoldanskim vzgojno-izobraževalnim delom in z njegovimi vsebinami (Kos Knez, 2002). Da bi bivanje učencev v šoli v popoldanskem času popestrili z novimi vsebinami, smo se v minulem šolskem letu odločili, da se seznanimo z »običajem«, ki postaja vse bolj priljubljen tudi pri nas, in sicer z nočjo čarovnic (Halloween). Za ta običaj smo se odločili zato, ker pri otrocih močno buri domišljijo, obenem pa omogoča, da delo v podaljšanem bivanju zapolnimo s številnimi ustvarjalnimi delavnicami in hkrati vplivamo na razvoj fine motorike, ki je za nadaljnje delo učencev v šoli izredno pomembna.
Abstract
Development of Fine Motor Skills in Extended Stay
Work in extended stay has been designed specifically and provides the teacher and his/her approach great flexibility in the planning of contents and duration. The environment and the room of the extended stay enable the teacher to carry out many activities, which can be implemented independently or can complement the morning lessons and their contents (Kos Knez, 2002). In order to add new contents to the afternoon stay of students at the school, we decided in the past school year to acquaint ourselves with the ‘custom’ that is gaining in popularity here, namely Halloween. We chose this custom because it stirs a great deal of imagination in the children, while enabling us to fill up our time in extended stay with numerous creative workshops, thus influencing the development of fine motor skills, which are of exceptional importance for the subsequent school work of students.
